Darkcraft? Fact or Fiction?

In what book do I find the feat "Darkcraft?" I guy talking about Artificer's said its in Book of Vile Darkness but I can't find it.

Better yet, can someone give me a description?

Dark craft is not a feat. It is a series of rules for performing a sacrifice to an evil god or fiend in order to gain a substitute for xp and gold spent on things like item creation. It is on pages 26 and 27 of the Book of Vile Darkness.

Well, erm, not really. Good guys don't tend to kill people in ritual sacrifice in order to get the "phat loots," after all.

That said, I think there are a couple different sourcebooks that cover alternative sources of power for item crafting. What're you looking for, exactly?

I don't think he is asking for a way for good people to sacrifice others. In fact, he specifically mentioned if there is a Good version of this, that grants Good people the same [/b]benefits[/b].

I can see if he said "Can Good people sacrifice others to gain the same benefit?". Then your response might make a bit more sense...
