Dash--Anyone Using It?

Hi Everyone.

I considered taking the feat once, but thought the extra 5' really wasn't worth it, even though my PC has spring attack.

Two players in the campaign I DM also thought about taking it and nixed it on the same grounds.

Plus, all those movement calculations that get weird with the 5' thing...

Anyone take the feat or have players take it? Yays? Nays? Thought?

The rogue in our party had the feat. It came in handy a few times when he needed that little bit of extra movement to get into flanking position or get away from a particularly ugly baddie. It was useful, but it's not the most powerful feat out there.

Haven't taken it for my current character, but am considering it for a dwarf barbarian in the future. 35' move for a dwarf would be nifty, and great for raging, charging up and hacking away.

The problem is its another reason not to wear med/heavy armor. How many feats have a prereq of "when wearing Heavy Armor..."
