Play Midnight... in the campaign setting the Prime is cut off from the other planes. When people die their souls have nowhere to go so many times they rise again and become the Fell.

I don't know about you, but my cursory study of lynching indicates that logic rarely enters into the picture.

My cursory study of human behaviour in the midst of relentless zombie attacks reveals much the same thing.

I strongly recommend the All Flesh must be Eaten novels! 20+ novels in each book - if you do not have ideas for a d20 modern zombie plague after reading them, I'm Elvis!
