OK home now- works on the laptop.

Trying it on the home PC by clicking on the link I put in this thread- the silverlight countdown has started, it's very slow but further than I usually get.

...and it works. Skill chlleneg completed! Where's my XP? :heh:

On a side note- one of the players in my group can get it to load but the buttons aren't hot- it's an entirely different problem!

Whoo hoo! XP! Thanks, Oldtimer!

I've just dropped the CB loading screen into Chrome's bookmark bar and it works from there, so it is completely a pop-up issue, which is so strange as the window actually pops up and I've granted WoTC/Silverlight every permission on this PC I can find.

The important thing to remember in all this is that a computer is a labor saving device.

It sounds like you're trying to play the game D&D Online (DDO), the massively multiplayer D&D computer game. This thread is about the Dungeons & Dragons Character Builder, an online tool for the D&D tabletop roleplaying game, not D&D Online. If you are having trouble with D&D Online, I suggest going to their website and checking their support page out. But yeah, if you're having trouble getting a game to run on your computer, it's probably your graphics card. Specifically, the fact that you don't have one.
