good god. i wish i had people to play Minis with still, cause i'd be all over this in a heartbeat.
Hey, if you're (a) willing to make the drive north to The City once or twice a month, and (b) willing to teach me the game (as opposed to just beating the snot outta me and calling that "the school of hard knocks"), I'd love to play. I have at least a case worth of every set so far. (I use them for RPG.)

I like the Couatl, the fighter with tower shield, the warforged sorcerer and the 3 dragons a lot. Heh, I even like the acrobatic monk, despite my hat for monks! :p

But of course as usual, the nice ones are ending up being rares, except the tower shield probably... :(

Interestingly, most of the previews so far have been for uncommons or rares - we really don't know much about the commons!

Probably because the rares and uncommons are the cool minis that will actually make you want to buy packs. The commons are often useful enough for gathering hordes, but they're not usually the minis that make you say "oooh, I want that one".

For those who haven't seen it, this thread is of interest. Apparently, the Inquest magazine has previewed two formerly unknown Deathknell minis, a Warpriest of Hextor and a Vampire Spawn.

I rather hope the Vampire Spawn is uncommon, as I generally inflict several of those on my group. :)

Cheers!

By the way, Merric, if you want update your preview page, you can extract pics of the Aspect of Nerull and Kenku from that image:

(You may want to rotate it a few degrees to get the bases more horizontal.)

That Aspect of Nerull rocks. I may not like the deity, but that's just too cool.

Why must I be stuck having to buy both SWM and DDM?! I don't have the money for both...barely have the money for one...

I don't care much either about the aspects as aspects, but Lolth can make a big drider, and Bane an ogre mage, orcus a balor/pit fiend, and now, Nerull can make a charonadaemon (aka marraenoloth).
