Exactly. And I'll add that tieflings make fantastic bad guys in multiples. Dragonborn, not so much. As an active but recovering DDM collector who has no interest in 4E, I don't mind a Rare dragonborn. Uncommon or Common would push me incrementally further out of collecting.On the other hand, if they were more common, you would now here "they're forcefeeding us Dragonborn!", whereas Tieflings get some nostalgia bonus and 2E name recognition.
If you're talking about the Exarch of Bahamut, if it is a dragonborn, it's a size Large one. (Check the base size-to-thickness ratio. I missed it the first time, too.)But anyway, the winged dragonborn looks pretty interesting. I want wings for dragonborn PCs.
