I don't think it will. Superman and Batman are very widely known properties with large fanbases even among people who don't follow comics. By contrast, I had never heard of Deadpool until I heard people complain about the depiction of him in X-men Origins: Wolverine. And that's significant considering that I actively follow superhero films and news programs about superhero films.

According to IMDB.com:

Deadpool is scheduled for a Feb.12, 2016 release date.
Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice is a March.25, 2016 release date.

Awesome! By the time they are both released, we'll be able to watch the whole Batman VS Superman movie by piecing together all the previews they will release, and 75% the Deadpool movie.

Hmmm... I think you're probably right. Superman VS Batman is a more widely know. I still think that Deadpool will be a better movie, though. DC movies don't really inspire confidence in me. You never know. Maybe Deadpool will probably make a pretty good run. I wouldn't be surprised if it stayed in the number one spot for box office earnings until Superman VS Batman comes out.
