Death Urge + Deja Vu' (is this right?)

By the RAW, it works. You get a cheaer, lower DC DeathUrge with Deja Vu ... if the action elicited by Death Urge can be repeated.

The biggest problem I see is that the Deja Vu can then be quickened, allowing a powerful effect for 7th to 10th level spellcasters from a quickened spell.

I've seen this posted before.

I'd say no and have Deja Vu' make them repeat their last action before Death Urge.

Balance and fairness in mind.

Why is it unbalanced? The save DC on Deja Vu is going to suck, unless the manifester augments it, in which case the manifester's probably just better off using Death Urge again.

The only times this combo would be superior would be against things with really low Will saves or things that get immunity to Compulsions (but not Mind-affecting effects) in the intervening round.

Not gonna find too many examples where it wouldn't just be better to Death Urge again.

True

If a subject took no action on it's last turn (he was dazed or stunned for example) and you use Deja Vu', would he take no action on his next turn? It says they repeat their last action, but what if their last action was really no action?

You could say it would then be a situation where he can't repeat the last action because of the altered circumstances and he would default to taking no actions. So the end result is the same as repeating the last round action of doing nothing. :)

Hmmm, how can I incorporate this? Maybe with a Command spell... Gotta think on this one.
I gues you simply can´t. The spell/power description states quite exactly what happens in that round, and that´s it. The only thing you might consider is convincing your enemy to begin raging (if possible) and using his Greataxe (x3 Critical) or Heavy Pick (x4 Critical) before casting Death Urge.
