Deathknell Orc Savage painting error?

I have two Deathknell Orc Savages 57/60C. One of the Axe heads is painted black, the other white. The white one appears in the mini pic in the gallery on Wizard's site. Is the Orc with the black axehead special or just some random error in the paintroom. Do these errors happen very often?

It's an error. Black is unpainted - the axe head should be white (stone).

These errors happen every so often, but they're not actually that common.

He's using an Obsidian headed axe!

Perhaps he's special some way...

So you found it out. It is, in fact, one of the Ultra Rare Elite monsters.

Get a coin and scratch the stat card, you will find that the mundane stats are only a decoy, and the real stats are beneath that (like a scratchcard). Also, if you put the mini into hot water, you'll see that the info on the buttom of the base will morph to give you the right info as well.

The Elite monsters have semi-random names like "Brain-Mouth the Slasher" and several increases to their stats, like "Extra Strong" or "Immune to Fire". They also have a variation on the minions and commander abilities: They can designate normal versions of their figure (orc savages in that case) as "servants"
