Death's Forsaken PrC (Touched by the Gods) is kinda weak

Anybody have thoughs on the Death's Forsaken PrC in Touched by the Gods? It seems weak to me, as if Atlas was erring on the side of caution in the design. Is this just because there are no skill or feat reqs?

Good points: 2 good saves, d8 hd

Middlin points: 3+int skill points?

Bad points: only 2 class skills?

Also, I know frontloading is a problem, but this one could stand a bit more.

I was psyched to make this class available in my camapign once somebody died, but I'm not sure they can be encouraged to try it out if its so weak. Maybe I'll keep the powers secret until they level

Well, in their defense, this was one of the earlier books with PrCs in it and it's probably better to add something to a class than take it away.
