D&D 5E Debating classes for high level on my Kobold Swashbuckler/Whispers Bard/Hexblade

ECMO3

Legend
I am playing a character in VEOR. At 10th level she is a Kobold Rogue 1/Whispers Bard 5/Hexblade Chainlock 4 with a Pseudodragon familiar.

Here is her character right now, I actually played her in an earlier campaign which is where her backstory comes from:

She is going to take 3 Rogue levels next and pick up Swashbucker and Gift of the Chromatic Dragon. At that point she will be 13th level - Swashbuckler 4/Whispers Bard 5/Hexblade 4. After that I can't decide between more Bard levels or more Rogue levels.

She is going to play like a Gish in combat and is going to be a bit underpowered relying on blade cantrips, sneak attack and psychic blades when she attacks or spells or magic items when she doesn't, she has Investment of the Chain Master, so her pseudo dragon will occasionally wade into the fray as well (although sparingly).

Staying Rogue gives her more sneak attack dice and evasion. Going Bard gives her more spells and at 18th level (Bard 10) her psychic blades go to 5d6, which will make up some ground for the lost sneak attack dice .... but this does nothing for attack damage from levels 14-17 (6-9 Bard). Either way she might throw in one more Hexblade level at some point too.
