You know, out of every "overpowered" build, I never expected to see one about a glaive fighter!
Anyway, a few ideas...
(1) Many conditions remove the ability to make OA's. These include blinding and dazing, as well as stunning. Not too many things blind or stun at this level, but a surprising number daze.
(2) Invisible creatures avoid OA's. See the Arborean Reaper from H3 for a good example of a nasty invisible enemy.
(3) Ranged attackers don't care whatsoever about a fighter with a melee range 2.
(4) Ditto, controllers with lots of area effects
(5) Immobilize/Restrain him. It won't stop the attacks, but he can't get anywhere other than where he is.
(6) Use creatures with reach - ogres, trolls, and the like.
(7) Teleporting creatures can be fun, too.
Also, with his two-handed weapon, he probably has a relatively reasonable AC. He's missing out on a shield, and evidently pumped Str and Wis, so his Reflex defense probably isn't anything to write home about, either.
Finally, remember that Combat Challenge attacks are not opportunity attacks. So, if an adjacent (it has to be adjacent, even with Polearm Gambit) enemy shifts away, his basic attack does not stop their movement. Also, remember that Polearm Gambit is weaker than threatening reach, and he doesn't get OA's against archers/casters who are 1 square away.
With that said, he sounds like he's doing a good job at defending.
These should help you challenge him more, though.
