Deities of Knowledge

I'm working on a cleric currently and I'm looking for neutral or good aligned deities of knowledge. These can be specific D&D deities, or deities from some mythos of the real world.

Thanks.

How about a deity of knowledge from Norse mythology: Odin. There is a decent write up on Odin in DEITIES & DEMI-GODS, or you can pick up the spotlight on Odin as a part of the GUIDING LIGHT series from Dark Quest games coming out later this year :D

Odin is a great choice, as his relentless quest for knowledge and wisdom brought him to sacrifice one of his eyes and even hang himself to discover the secrets of the universe. Plus, his penchant for war and victory might give your cleric a nice blend of martial prowess and rich knowledge skills.

D&D or Mythic Earth? Why not one that fits both?

Ogma. The god of knowledge from Irish mythology is also used as Oghma the Binder in the Forgotten Realms.

I'm looking for deities that have knowledge as a profile or as a domain. D&D or earth mythos, don't really care. I'm not specifically looking for deity with stats and similar, pretty much any deity with a srtong interest in knowledge that I could effectively research.

As I said: Oghma. He has knowledge both as domain and portfolio. He's true neutral (but allows clerics of all alignments - all they have to do is cherish knowledge, and strife to make it available to all. He's opposed to secrets)

Oghma is a good choice. I think another might be Boccob. That's about the extent of my current D&D knowledge today.

I'm surprised,

No one has mentioned Wee Jas. Admitedly her Knowledge sphere is directed towards magic pretty much excusively she could still be considered a knowledge diety.

Jack.
