Which campaign setting is this deity from? (IDHMBWM)

Not positive, but I think he's the frost giant god, isn't he? If so, he was in the 1e Deities and Demigods. I guess Greyhawk, unless he was yoinked into FR.

Originating from the Nordic mythology, this giant attained status as a deity in settings such as Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms.

Being a racial god, you can pretty much apply him in any campaign where there are frost giants, unless you want to blend racial deities into the other ones for that world (as was done in Dragonlance for example). While he may have first appeared in Greyhawk or something, from an IC perspective, he's not "from" there.

He can be found in Deities and Demigods, in the Asgardian Pantheon.

He's also the Frost Giant God in the Forgotten Realms. (See the Monster Deities table at the end of Faiths and Pantheons)
