Delay Death + Diehard Combo

3rd level spell

Yea a good dispel and that character plops to the ground dead, yikes. Still, should Delay Death even be a 3rd level spell?? Sounds like a minimum of 4th or higher heh.

I think a case could be made either way. In one sense it isn't all that powerful but in another, and I am talking flavor now, being able to alter the physics of life and death or more specifically life seems like a pretty big deal. From that point you coulld make a case that the spell level should be higher. Just my 2 cp.
