How do I delete a subscribed thread?

Go here. If the threads don't show up, they're too old and you need to click "View all Subscribed Threads" to see them.
When you see the threads, check the white box on the right of a thread to select it and use the Delete Subscription command in the menu below the threads to delete the selected threads.
