Delta Green d20 binding fell apart; anyone else?

I just flipped open my brand-new copy of Delta Green d20 and the cover of the book just completely fell off. Has this happened to anyone else? Just curious if the whole print run was botched.

All of the errors being reported makes me change my mind about wanting this book. I think I'll just keep my original Delta Green and not worry about it.

A few people might feel the same way, and that makes me sad. Because brisk sales on this product are probably the only way to ensure more.

Well, if you own the original, there really isn't any point in buying the reprint. I mean, the only thing that's added are d20 stats for the NPCs, and honestly, other than for the adventures, that's not even important.

(And honestly, were I to run Delta Green using d20, I would probably use Spycraft rather than the CoC d20 classes)
