This is my ideal for voting order on the creature. Any suggestions on improvement would be appreciated.

1. Type
2. Subtype
3. Size and # of Hit Dice
4. Ability Scores
5. Skills and Feats
6. Attacks, AC, saves, and crude statblock.
7. Special Qualities and Attacks. (To do this one we get alot of different suggested special attacks and qualities and we vote for a certain # (which will be decided on at the same time) for the creature to have.
8. (Make a finalized stat block) Work out any of the kinks, and make the fluff (which by then everyone should have all sorts of ideals for the fluff.)

Edit: If you vote for two in your post I'm assuming you want the creature to have 2 subtypes.
