designing a little tomb

My PCs are 7th level and are visiting a small island where they are carrying out a little observation on a monster for a wizard. In the process, they are going to stumble on a shaft with a spiral stair that leads down into an old tomb.

It was built about 300 years ago, by a wizard using earth elementals. He sealed the tunnel from the mainland which is how he got here, and left just the surface tunnel, sealed with a large stone. the stone has since weathered, slid, and cracked, revealing the shaft.

Below is the small tomb. This was the tomb of his daughter, who was also a wizard. They were evil. She was killed by his foes during a war. It was built hastily but with much power. His purpose was to provide her protection from his foes. He intended to come back later and remove her body to a place of greater safety, but fate intervened...

Help me design this tomb.

(The PCs are a human fighter, halfling druid, human sorceress and human rogue. They have a 3rd level companion, also a human rogue).

An island, you say? Have the PCs enter the tomb at low tide, unaware that fissures have deteriorated the integrity of the tomb. As the tide rises, water begins to fill the lower chambers. Leave hints for the PCs; such as the stench of seaweed in the tunnels and rooms, sea urchins clinging to small crevices, or watermarks on the tomb walls.

Perhaps the wizard's daughter has returned as a ghost but, due to magical protections places on the tomb by her father, she is unable to leave. On nights of the full moon, a band of kuo-toans rises from the sea to pay tribute to "The Imprisoned One".
