DESPERATELY need a Business Manager!!!

As a theatre professional for almost 20 years and a freelance lighting designer and stage manager for 15, I object to the personification of the stage manager as anyone's lackey. However, they are there to make sure everything gets done, right and on time. And the communication hub they must become must be experienced to be believed.

Glad you said it. As an amateur theatrician for 15 years, I've been biting my tongue. :)

That being said, good hands are needed to make the ENnies even better than last year - Russ and MM can't do it all by themselves. (I would have thrown my name in too, but I'm not 100% sure I'm going this year.) Don't be shy!

mm is some kind of truck-drivin' man, he can take a bit sometimes to check in. do not be offended or hold your breath, he WILL be along eventually :)

*let's breath out* Well now you tell me. And just as I was getting to admire the lovely shade of blue my face was turning. :D

Thanks alsih2o. I'll wait somewhat patiently. ;)
Flash Programming Lead
Duties:This person will lead the development of the flash animation that is used in the preshow and during the ceremony. They will be free to pick as many (or as few) assistants as they require to get this job done.

Qualifications: To apply for this position post a link to one to three flash animations you have done in the past 12 months of at least 1 minute's duration which employ sound and animation.

Just a couple of suggestions about this one (in case the applications haven't been coming in fast and furious)...
-consider using powerpoint- I suspect it's not as resource intensive
-instead of having the winning slide (and yet another person knowing the results in advance), use a hyperlink within the presentation- so as the winner is announced, the person operating the projection machine clicks on the name of the winning slide to throw it up on screen

Powerpoint isn't as pretty :)

Hmm, nobody's gone for props yet? I've got some questions about the specifics with funding and what I should build myself, but I'm applying!
