Destiny's Tears--Nemesis's Rage

"If we go to the Mojiin Grove she will find us. We must be the hunters now and take the position of advantage. Her strong Valsian ties mean that she will have someone there that will betray our presecense in the process of going to the grove to find her. She will know, so we must be careful, friend.

We will have to hope that we can find her first. We might be able to find out about her from the are surrounding the grove.

What do you think?

[OOC: We will go to the grove and so a little bit of info gathering around it and if we find nothing there we will go into the grove to hunt for her.*gulp*]

*Around the grove is the Faith Ward, which doesn't seem to much care about the goings-on of Mojiin, as it is full of all sorts of different religions that are mainly insular to their own beliefs. Eventually, they head into the grove itself.*

*The Mojiin Preservers there seem nice enough, though they haven't seen a woman with that description. Still, they know that some of their numbers have perished after leaving the grove, so they would be thankful to any who could track her down.*

*Upon leaving the grove, Mhrazhar, in his usually moving while looking for Taij mode, notices a lingering aura of Taij leading away from the grove to the west--perhaps a trail of some sort.*

*They follow the trail to the Labourer's Ward, but it begins to fade and branches off. Before it fades, a weaker trail heads into a building to the left, and a stronger trail heads into the alley to the right.*

"I'll take the left if you've got the right," Zykovian offers, "We can meet back up in the middle."

Mhrazhar, Mojiin Inquisitor

Mhrazhar furls his lips not like being the hunted "Splitting up is what she wants. We will be easier to defeat that way. Both of us will go right and be on the look out. This will most likely be the ambush point. Ready your bow."

"But if someone doesn't follow that trail on the left, it will fade, right? Besides--I work best from range, so if there's nothing there, I can do a little ambush of my own in our favour. And if there is something there, it could come behind us and pincer attack, cutting off retreat, if we don't deal with it now. I think the two trails is less likely an ambush and more likely that she wants to face you alone to settle this--she made that pretty clear when I almost caught her--she didn't want me."

"Precisely, she wants to divide us. Me to go right and you to go left. You are correct. I am not willing to giver her what she wants as that could end up with her getting away and me returning to Arris' embrace." Mhrazhar sighs in frustration.

"I will need you, Zykovian, to defeat her. I fear that I cannot defeat her by myself. There is too much at stake to lose her now. She must be destroyed now at all costs. The left trail is a decoy and we now need to be the hunters, undistracted by our prey's game."

*Zykovian shrugs.*

"As you say then."

*They continue onward, following the trail, until they reach a large run-down building in the Labourer's Ward, the trail leading inside.*

"Shall I search for traps, or shall we charge in?"
