Destruction - What do you need to do to...?

The spell Destruction is pretty nasty if you fail your save.

When a character dies from this spell, what exactly do you need to do to revive him/her?

The spell says something about using True Ressurection, but then also mentions something about a Wish, Ressurection and Miracle.

Are all of the above needed or is this just a list of options?

AND MOST IMPORTANT...

Will a Reincarnate do the trick?

Thanks,

Those are the only ways known to mortals. A god could do it with ease. But regarding reincarnate, I don't believe it works because that requires a full body. And with destruction doing the number it does, it probably wouldn't work.

It's a list of options.
True resurrection works because it doesn't require a body.
Miracle works because the destruction description says it does.
If you want to use resurrection instead, you first need to rebuild the dead body so the spell has something to work on. Doing that requires a wish first, as a separate casting.

Will a Reincarnate do the trick?
No, because destruction is a death effect.
