Dice-rolling. Running games online?

If I were to try to run a game online here, in the forums, and I wanted people to be able to roll for success and failure without cheating, what could I do? Are there good websites available that could provide an accurate way to keep track of what everyone rolls?

I know a couple times I ran a fight on the boards, I just trusted everyone to roll at home and be honest. However, if I wanted to make sure everyone felt things were being done fairly, is there any relatively-easy way to handle dice rolling on the boards? I know the chatroom has a bot that can roll dice for you, but bots don't work on the boards, do they?

No rush here, but I would like help within a few days, if possible.

Takes a while, it'd seem. If you're playing on messageboards, with people posting every few minutes, I wouldn't want to have to keep checking my email repeatedly. Is there any faster possibility?

Plus, there'll be multiple GMs, not just me. Several things going on at once. If possible, I'd want something where judges who might be acting naughty could be moderated.

play by chat/email or message board ?

If you plan on doing a real-time chat-room type thing go for the link already mentioned (www.pbem.com) - their online dice roller will Email results

Alternativly, if you are planning on doing a message board type game (where not everyone _has_ to be there at the same time and they post to a message board rather than to a chat room or irc, for instance) then try out www.playbyweb.com
I _play_ in a game on there (though, I hear from the DM it wasn't too difficult to setup on his part).

Basically, everyone posts to a message board. You need to roll a dice then you click a button, enter the number and type of dice and then it posst the dice results to the message board right before your own post.

Once you get the hang of it, it really is fairly simple.
