I never received the Dungeon that included the latest Adventure Path adventure. Nor did I receive that month's Dragon.
After THREE emails to customer support, I finally got a reply saying that they were out and they'd credit my account. Nice, but that doesn't help me much since I'm actually running the Adventure Path. Needless to say, I was a little PO'd about this development.
Luckily my FLGS had the Dungeon I neglected to get. So all is well.
This is not the first time I've had "issues"

with my subscription. Needless to say, I will not be re-upping my subscription.
If I plunk down the cash for a subscription, paying for all issues in advance, I expect to receive them, without hassles. I also expect prompt replies to my inquiries. It took Paizo customer support weeks to reply to me. Not good customer service IMO.
Don't get me wrong, I love the magazines, but I'm not going to pay for a product that I sometimes do not get.
