I'm still waiting on my copy of Dragon 315, too. This is the first problem I have had with this subscription, and I have to say that I'm not happy with the publisher's customer support so far. The only response so far has been an unreadable message made up of several fragmented attached text file, which I gather is some kind of auto-reply.
I really enjoy this magazine, and I hope this isn't a sign of bad things to come.
