Did I dream this up...?

If your character is human, Able Learner from Races of Destiny is also a good option, especially if coupled with Human Paragon levels from Unearthed Arcana.

Unearthed Arcana has something like this, but in the skill variant section.
The feat in Unearthed Arcana grants two extra class skills.

From memory, its designed for use as part of another optional rule (maybe the generic classes?), rather than being a stand alone feat.

The Apprentice feats in DMG 2 each grant two additional class skills, but the skills are specified for each feat (for example Apprentice: Spellcaster grants use magic device and knowledge [any one])

Wow, thanks for all the replies, folks!!

I think the Unearthed Arcana is the one I was thinking of. I don't own the book, but I've thumbed through it in book stores. That explains why I couldn't find it.

Thanks again!

[EDIT] P.S. I dug up my 3.0 Oriental Adventures (I assume that's the 'Rokugan' book you were referring to), but I didn't see it in there.[/EDIT]

The feat in Unearthed Arcana is Skill Knowledge (UA p.81 sidebar). It has two effects, either two skills (specific group) becomes a constant class skills or one skill (any) becomes a constant class skill. Doesn't seem to be tied to the surrounding rules.

Actually, AEG put out another book specifically about the Rokugan campaign setting. That's where the feat Versatile first appeared, I believe.

(It's a great book, too. Still one of my favorite d20 books.)
