If people feel that a message to CS isn't getting through, they could try greg.leeds@wizards.com or

LOL.. It actually works more often that not, going straight to the boss.
It certainly does - or at the very least it prevents middle-management from hiding problems from them.

If you're sick of WotC forums going down all the time, contact Greg Leeds.

If you're sick of waiting for the virtual desktop advertised in the back of your D&D core books, contact Greg Leeds.

If you're sick of hearing about the beautiful 3d character modeller demo, when the basic character generator still isn't available, contact Greg Leeds.

If Greg Leeds gets sick of hearing from disgruntled customers, he might do something about it...

If people are really serious about complaining, pull out a pen and paper and send an actual letter.

Emails, convenient though they may be, just don't have the same impact as a physical letter.

Instead of pen and paper would a letter constructed of cut out magazine clippings be even more effective?

Hey, guess what's down again?

I've about reached the point where I'm going to stop going back.

My subscriptions are gone again, too, for the THIRD time. But that just may be because none of the threads are accessible.

I agree - I even provided the postal address in my post, and suggested people contact him, not just email.

There are plenty of websites that give advice on writing a letter of complaint, e.g. http://www.explorewriting.co.uk/WritingAComplaintsLetter.html

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m getting sick and tired of having to reset my password every time I want to log into that website. Sure, I wasn’t a member from the beginning, but I’ve had the same account for four years now, you would think that if they could keep things straight for four years, they could do the same for longer than a week.
