Dire Bison/Cow Please Check my CR?

I like this online thing when away from home. :D

http://www.d20srd.org/

Hit Points 9x4.5+27=67.5
Saving Throws Dire has all Good Saves so 9 Hit Dice is +6 for all of them so Reflex and Willpower have to use that.
Melee Damage for a single Natural Weapon is 9x1.5=13.5 rounded down to 13
Melee Attack uses Base Attack Bonus of +6, Strength Bonus of +9, and the Size Penalty of -1 for a total of +14

There might be more but those are the ones that lept out at me! :D :D

Just saw another! You need one more feat!

It looks like you are simply advancing the normal bison by 4 HD and increasing it to size Huge. Here's how that should look:

Dire Bison
Huge Animal
Hit Dice: 9d8+40 (85 hp)
Initiative: -1
Speed: 50 ft. (10 squares)
AC: 13 (-2 size, -1 Dex, +6 natural), touch 7, flat-footed 13
Base Attack/Grapple: +6/+24
Attack: Gore +15 melee (3d6+15)
Full Attack: Gore +15 melee (3d6+15)
Space/Reach: 15 ft./10 ft.
Special Attacks: Stampede
Special Qualities: Low-light vision, scent
Saves: Fort +11, Ref +5, Will +4
Abilities: Str 30, Dex 8, Con 20, Int 2, Wis 12, Cha 14
Skills: Listen +9, Spot +9
Feats: Alertness, Endurance, Improved Natural Attack (gore), Weapon Focus (gore)
Environment: Temperate plains
Organization: Solitary or herd (6-30)
Challenge Rating: 4
Alignment: Always neutral
Advancement: 10-18 (Huge); 19-27 (Gargantuan)
Level Adjustment: --

Stampede (Ex): A frightened herd of dire bison flees as a group in a random direction (but always away from the perceived source of danger). They literally run over anything of Huge size or smaller that gets in their way, dealing 4d6 points of damage for each five bison in the herd (Reflex DC 24 half ). The save DC is Strength-based.

A herd of these should give your 5th-level group a run for their money. However, if you want to make your dire bison a bit more "dire," simply increase the natural armor bonus and add a few more Hit Dice.

I hope this helps.
