The HP are off. There should only be 57.

5 x 4.5 = 22.5 (rounded down) 22 + 35 = 57.

Frog's right, but I also noticed this:

HD: 5d8+35 (Hp 75)

with a Con 20, that should only be a bonus of +25. So,

HD 5d8+25 (47 hp)

Dire camel
Huge animal
HD: 5d8+35 (Hp 75)

As mentioned above, HD should be 5d8+25 (hp 47)

Damage: 1d6 + 13

Huge animals normally deal 2d6 damage. Plus this monster has only one attack. Thus, it gets 1.5 times its Str bonus to damage. So, damage should be 1d6+15 (or 2d6+15)

Face/Race: 10ft by 10ft/15ft

Face/Reach is off. Should be something like 10 ft by 20 ft/10 ft

Challenge Rating: 3

I would bump this to CR 4

Spit (Ex): Conjuring a huge amount of saliva, the dire camel is capable of spiting a dangerous and thick wad, dealing 1d4 subduel damage and 1 temporary Con damage.

Need to list a range for the spittle.

I always thought you did:
hd*con mod+avg HP

So a mod of 7*5 is 35.

Right...and its Con is 20, which is a modifier of +5, not +7.

A 5HD critter with a 20Con has bonus hp of +25.

5HD × 5Con Mod = +25
