Sorcerers, OTOH, probably do, given that their spellcasting stat is Cha instead of Int.

I heard this about 6 months ago actually.....true or not, I do not know. But I am pretty sure that it is a book of all new monsters, no conversions, and no overlap with the Tome of Horrors. How do I know? I just do....trust me.

I am not surprised, they've allready made 3E versions of the PsiHB, OA, MotP, Deities and Demigods, Faiths and Pantheons, and not to forget one of the most popular adventures ever: The Temple of Elemental Evil. Now all we need is 3E version of the Draconomicon
