Disarm and Bull Rush

1) Can a bull-rush be done to push an ennemy in a space occupied by another ennemy?

2) When a monk do a disarm, he's considered unarmed and take -4 penalty or is "armed" unarmed strike is like a weapon for that purpose ?

1) I believe if you bullrush a person into someone else, he instantly becomes prone.

Of course it's an unarmed strike. He's considered to be using a light weapon, so yes, he takes the -4 for using a light weapon. Even if he has improved disarm, that only puts him on par with someone using a medium-sized weapon. If he uses a sai, I think it has a +4 bonus to disarm attempts but is light, so it comes out at 0, then the improved disarm feat will put him up.

Disarming is difficult trick for monks. Their BAB is lower than a fighter, so they won't successfully disarm a primary combatant very often, which is what disarm is really useful for. Monks are better off with Improved Trip.

As a quick suggestion for monk disarms, try a quarterstaff. 2 handed weapon, with Improved disarm and a decent strength score will grant you a fairly nice bonus on your disarm roll. Add to that a flurry of blows with the staff, and you've got a character who can neutralize many weak adversaries reasonably quickly. The lower BAB puts the monk at a disadvantage against fighters of equal level, but against many other foes they do quite well.

He's right if the person bullrushed ends his movement in an occupied square. So yeah, you can.
