LogicFate's character simply dragged another PC out of the inn, and started a new thread since they weren't technically in the RDI anymore.

And just to drive the point home, it's free use if anyone who wants to have character chat while not being in the RDI. I have a third character whos not doing anything at the moment.(and not looking for adventures) So maybe after the two PCs currently there leave, he'll step in for some breakfast.

I pretty sure there nothing wrong with that... right?

I like the idea. I've previously had one character on adventure, while the second waited in the RDI, and the third was thereby forced to mysteriously vanish into thin air or lurk upstairs in an RDI private room. And occasionally, two and three would swap over, like the couple in a weather house.
Since some of the fun of LEW comes from "no pressure" RP interaction between characters outside games, I think it would be nice to have a second regular hang-out, and perhaps even a third for times when you don't have anyone out adventuring, just so you can keep all your characters current and building relationships with others.
I think we might need some judge input before such a place were to become a permanent fixture, though?

We've had discussions about a seperate tavern outside Orussus, but we don't want to make recruitment any more complicated than we must. I have no problem with the thread, as long as it's not a recruitment sight... we aren't ready to dilute that for now.

I second that. I'm all for characters interacting when not on the adventure, but recruitment should continue to take place in the RDI.

But remember, Edwyd charges his customers for food and drinks!

On a different subject: could anybody please look at the latest update for the Master Crafter PrC? I'd really like to get that one finished sometime soon.
I proposed a number of spells to replace the imbue item ability and wonder what everybody thinks of them.

I think it is a great idea with an other inn. I have had a Character on hold for some time because I could not have her enter because of another of my characters
