I was oversimplifying poor Aeoun. She was actually a Pixie Ninja/ArcaneTrickster/GuildThief/Spymaster/Guildmaster or something like that :D
Needs some Pirate thrown in there.

You join an online forum in February, by the first week of June you have 6333 posts to your credit, and someone questions your sanity? Go figure.

Yeah I remember back in the day when Rystil's posts per day was in the 50's. Been improving and ain't no where to go but up.

BTW, is there any way to gain more craft points without taking feats? Or can we craft using the normal rules without craft points? It's an interesting system, but a merchant or player who wants to be a merchant, will run out of craft points quickly, and has to use feats to replenish them, making him less usefull on an adventure. While it's cool for flavor, it actualy doesn't work well in PCs.
Gaining levels is the other way of getting more craft points. The thing about crafting is that time passes unevenly among the threads. I'm not even sure how time passes in the Inn. So, if you craft something that takes days to make, how will you know when to come back to the Inn?

On a related note, if my character Charlarn is in the Inn and wants to create a scroll or potion, when does he get it?

You get it instantly.

I guess I'll have to do what I had initialy thought, which is when I'm ready to sell stuff in the market thread, offer a reduced price for players willing to help spend craft points (a player can pay up to half as an assist). Not an issue, looks like she's in an adventure shortly.

I had the same idea. Heh, actually I'm also thinking of "buying craft points" by hiring other characters to donate them by assisting in creating items. Since there's a large bunch on characters that have no need for their craft points, I'd suppose they're ready to use them if they get something in return.

Now I only have to figure a reasonable exchange rate for CP & GP. :D

I'm not going to bother till she returns to the Tavern, and if she can make masterwork stuff by then, it will make a difference.

I guess that if she won't be making magic items, eventualy item creation won't be a problem since masterwork only costs so much. Who knows.
