You are right, because Bluff gives a synergy bonus to Disguise, when you know you're being observed and try to act in character.

Disguise does not give a synergy bonus to Bluff; Bluff gives a synergy bonuse to disguise. The title of this thread is therefore misleading. If you change it, bensai, you will probably get more discussion.
