Disjunction vs Construct

Constructs usually have large-scale spell immunities. Do you allow Disjunction to affect them?

If you do, how should the spell affect living constructs?

Doesn't affect them any more than it does aberrations or humanoids. (ie their gear is toast, but their bodies are unharmed)

Mordenkainen's Disjunction has no effects on Constructs, other than perhaps destroying thier loot.

Like the others said, the Construct would win.

Disjunction would nuke its loot, though.

well, it can affect intelligent magic items IIRC. Those are kinda constructs.

Kinda like constructs without hit dice, notably.

Constructs are creatures, even if they're artificial, animated with a sort of parody of a lifeforce.

If Disjunction can 'pop' a construct, then by extension why couldn't it do the same to an elemental, or an undead?
