Dispel-boosting feat - does it exist?

I seem to recall seeing a feat that boosted the casting of Dispel Magic, granting you a bonus to your roll, but I can't locate it in any of my books, and I can't remember where it came from.

Has anyone seen anything like this, and if so, where was it from?

Go with Channel Negative Energy instead. It might be clerics of The Overlord who get a Mass Hold Monster effect for a turn attempt... can't remember the exact deity off-hand.

Assuming this isn't a mis-reply, the PC in question isn't a cleric, so the option's not really open.

I just happen to like the Kalamar stuff, especially the feats. And my DMing style balances the game by itself, so I don't really worry about that kind of brokeness.
