D&D 5E (2014) Dispel Magic against Turn Undead?

Can Dispel Magic be used to negate a cleric's successful Turn Undead. If not, what spell and/or feature can regain control over Undead.

Dispel magic only works on spells.

As for turned undead, being turned does not actually cause their controller to lose that control; it only limits what the affected undead are able to do - you don't have to re-establish control, you just wait out the duration or deal damage to the affected undead.

The best defense against a cleric turning your undead is to disarm them of their holy symbol, which is required to attempt turning.

It can be really simple to end turn undead effect, just damage undead a little (unarmed strike for 1 point).
