He clearly saw the Streisand Effect as a model, not a warning.

Sometimes people need to know when to shut up. This whole legal debacle (well mainly the one with WotC, not Tenkar--nobody knows who that is) which HE started has destroyed his reputation in the TTRPG community. Why does he keep repeatedly kicking himself in the groin and turning himself into a bizarre comedy villain? He knows he can never be a real TTRPG publisher now, right? He just had to shut up...

In case you haven't been following it, the longer discussion on that topic is in this thread:

That one covers the full gamut from the WotC legal case, motivations, etc.

Can he not read the room? Is he THAT clueless? Per the dismissal, he misinformed and/or failed to correct his client of due dates... Dates given in prior orders!

I don't think the intent is to win. The intent is to harrass Tenkar. From that perspective it's looking like a phyrric victory. Lanasa has managed to spend some of Tenkar's money, but all signs indicate that it's cost Lanasa a lot more than Tenkar.

Just as an FYI, LaNasa's attorney has appealed the dismissal with prejudice. The drama isn't over yet.
If you set up a crowdfunder to cover expenses, I'll chip in.

(I believe you've said you won't, but just in case you change your mind, I'm sure others would help as well).
