Geez. Everyone knows you can't magic missle and arrow.

And what was that cop doing walking a beat? If he can one-shot a target wearing boots of escaping he has to be at least 15th level. There is no way some one fo that power wouldn't be RUNNING the whole police department or a local tavern.

So sad.
