Divine Agility?

I'm unclear on the Reflex save bonus. Do you gain the Reflex save of a Rogue on top of your own base Reflex save, or do you use the Rogue's base save instead of your own? It would seem that the former is overly powerful since you're effectively double-counting...

p.s. Divine Agility is a spell from Complete Divine (or Defenders of the Faith).

is there something you read that would suggest it double stacks? That could just get ridiculous at higher levels.

I don't have it in front of me, but IIRC it states you gain the Rogue's Reflex base save as a bonus. It doesn't state that it replaces your own base save. It's a logical assumption that it does, but it's not explicit.

Imagine a 20th-level party in which the Rogue's got a +24 BASE save bonus... not to mention all of his ability modifiers and magic items.

The spell grants the target the base reflex save bonus of a rouge of the caster's character level. This bonus would not stack with another base reflex save bonuses such as those gained from class levels.
