Divine and Arcane Scrolls

My question is the following:

Do divine and arcane scrolls with the same spell on it differ in any way from each other?

For example, can a bard cast a cure light wounds scroll crafted by a cleric?

As
As written in DMG P.203, arcane scrolls and divine scrolls are different. A bard can't activate CLW scrolls written by clerics, druids, paladins, rangers, adepts, or other divine casters. In the same way, a wizard/sorcerer can't use a divine scroll of Lightning Bolt written by a adept.

On the other hands, Wands and other Spell Trigger items can be used by both arcane and divine casters.
