Divine magic & psionics only

Has anyone run a game with divine magic/classes and psionics/psionic classes only? (I.e., no arcane magic/classes.) If so, how did it work out for you?

No, but I (infrequently) play in one. It's Dark Sun d20. . . so, strictly speaking, there is arcane magic, but PCs are a rather wary of using it, and the DM hardly encourages its practise. No PC has bothered with it at this stage. Also, divine magic is a bit 'odd', and not exactly omnipresent either.

As to how it's turning out: good! Loads of fun. If it's any indication of how 3e psionics works as the main form of 'magic', I'd say 'excellent' would be a fair assessment.

Nope. In fact, I'm doing quite the opposite: a game with only arcane magic, and no divine magic or psionics. (Arcane casters get access to the divine spell lists, though... gotta have some means of magical healing!)

We've been doing the opposite for a couple of years and it's working out great. We consider all spells to be ARCANE (including divine, bard, psionic, etc.)

It's helped to do away with B.S. associated with having campaign after campaign revolve around the gawds.
