But you should be able to cast a Maximized, Sudden Empowered, Divine Quickened spell Silenced with a Metamagic Rod...

Wizards casting cure spells?

God forbid. They can do it anyway, though. They can raise the dead as well. I believe the spell is called limited wish. Not that anyone's going to use LW for a cure light wounds, but I've seen it used for raise dead.

We've all got different philosophies on extra books I guess.
