divine spontaneous caster questions

For the UA spontaneous cleric caster option here is my understanding.

They get spells known as a sorcerer plus the domain spells for their two domains.

For spells per day they use the normal cleric chart of prepared spells.

How does it work with the domain slots, are only domain spells useable there, are they treated as general purpose bonus slots, are they dropped?

How does it work for domain spells that are not on the cleric general list, can they be used with any appropriate level slot or just domain ones?

Thanks.

They don't get domain slots at all, but they do get one extra spell/day at each level. For spontaneous clerics it works out to be the same number of spells/day, but spontaneous druids end up with more spell/day.

Since spontaneous clerics add their domain spells to their "spells known" they can use any spell slot they want to cast it, just like sorcerers can their spells known.

IOW, a spontaneous cleric gets his daily domain spell slots and non-domain spell slots summed (or merged), and can use any slot to cast any spells he knows.

He knows an amount of spells chosen from the cleric generic spell list, as by the Sorcerer known spell table. Additionally, he knows his domain spells as soon as he can cast spell of the appropriate level.

You can notice that every odd level, when the cleric is able to cast spells of the upper next level, he will learn 0 spells from the generic cleric list (as by the sorcerer table), but he will learn only the 2 domain spells.
