DM Familiair vs. Campaign Suite vs. others...

Not sure if I mentioned this on this thread, but Campaign Suite has a statblock export specifically designed to integrate with DM's Familiar, so you can make characters in CS and then use them in the DMF battle board.

There will be more integrations coming, making both applications more usable :)

Aside from Campaign Suite having a decent ability work with the statblock's in DMF, I have been toying with DM Genie and the same statblock export works well in DM Genie. YOu have to adjust the BAB, AC, equipment and spells though.

However, for charcter creation, putting a whole module in a program, and adding anything without using code, Campaign Suite serves all my needs when coupled with DMF or DMG.

Thanks for bumping.

I'm in the process of testing a set of templates to create 'infinite NPCs' .. Basically, skills, feats, stats, etc all randomly determined for everything from bartenders to bouncers to towns guards... These are based off of the statblocks presented in 'Everyone Else' so there is a lot of variety here. One of my testers has said this has helped his gaming through his laptop a lot since he can call up stats on NPCs in just a couple of clicks without having to print. Hope that helps some :)
