That's weird, I received my copy of the DMG from amazon weeks ago. They perhaps didn't place a big enough order or the supplier was NOT able to provide it.

I recently ordered the PHB and Starter Set from Amazon. The prices on .com were £15 less than .co.uk even with postage, and it arrived Jan 2nd (ordered from the States Dec 29th)!
I decided to leave the DMG til the next pay packet, but checked it out anyway. The .co.uk had no availability of DMG at all.
