I have questioned/complained about DMGenie's initiative control in DMGenie's Bug forum. I'd like to know if my concerns are very in the minority (as they seem).

The main problems start when lots of people start delaying or readying. Does this just not come up in your games? You keep thing on a whiteboard, and it works? You give your players dirty looks if they delay or ready? What's the story?
