D&D 5E DM's helper - web app, mobile friendly

Im currently working on web app for DMs and players alike (DnD 5e). I have DB withh all spells form Basic Rules and NPC generator from PHB. Please check it out - http://dmhelper.com/

Well, it looks like you put a lot of work into this so far, but, it also looks like you copy-pasted the text straight out of the source material. That's pretty much guaranteed to receive a C&D from WotC for your site shortly.

Yeah; you've copied WotC's content and are asking for donations for it. I wish you all the luck, but advertising it here means you'll probably get a C&D fairly soon.

You're also infringing on WotC's trademark of Dungeons & Dragons. I don't know the specific laws on use of trademarks, but I've never seen one used without giving proper credit at the least. Pathfinder doesn't even use the term Dungeons & Dragons in their products under OGL. They always refer to "the worlds most popular roleplaying game," or "the original roleplaying game rules designed by Gary Gygax and Dave Arneson."

Donation it's just for new server so it will run smoother.
I made this tools for myself but decided to spread alittle cause it very usefull and more friendly than books. We have 2 PHBs on hands but for spells it's easier and quicker to use mobile friendly search. And ofcourse it's copy paste but my work is programming the logic of DM' helper not the content.

And OK u have issues with copyright and other law-things. What about tools itself? Do you like it? Maybe you wish me to do something or fix?

And BTW it will be awesome to cooperate with Wizards =))) In 4ed i use DnD insider and it was total @!#@!# =))

*I* don't have issues with copyright. Do what you want, dude! We've warned you how we expect WotC to react, but it's between you and them. We have no input into it.

You're right when you say your work is not the content. The content you're happily distributing is the work of WotC. That's the point!

But we're not WotC or the copyright police. You do your thing. Good luck!
