D&D 5E DMs, What is the Weirdest Monster You've Converted to 5e?

Just curious what others have done that is pretty out there. I got to thinking about this as I was converting the tween, from the 1e Fiend Folio, which I've always absolutely loved.

Nothing weird per se. I worked up stats for gibberlings and xvarts but have yet to use them.

I re-skinned a giant centipede as a giant earwig and had thirty of them attack the party's camp in the middle of the night. My wife hates earwigs. I mean hates - she pays our son a 25 cent bounty for each one he kills (on our property).

The monster from the end of module B10 that's like something from Cthulhu.

It's easily the hardest thing I've had to convert as I wanted to give it lair actions as it's the BBEG for that part of the module. It's the first time I tried to do that.

Nothing particularly weird, but I did manage to include flying grizzly bears with laser eyes.
