These seem to be MyJones drinks, so they're thankfully normal flavors - judging by the apparent color, illithid brain juice is grape, the potion of healing is sugar-free black cherry, sneak attack is cream soda, bigby's is cola, dwarven draught is root beer, and eldritch blast is green apple.

Aren't these the same people who make a 'turkey and stuffing' soda? Maybe Illithid juice is more like a 'week old calimari' soda.

These are awesome! It would be a marketeing gaffe extraordinaire if WWD&DGD did not have these at every participating location. They would sell like mad. Or at least available in some kind of distribution chain that would allow game stores to stock them.

This is actually what I was afraid of. I was hoping for some unique flavors, or at least something a little more exotic.

Otherwise you're just paying for D&D art on bottles.

Yottaquest in Cincinnati was shipped a case of these for use as door prizes. However the owner said he won't be carrying them because he doesn't get any price break on them (i.e., he would have to pay retail just to carry them).

I got two of them and they are pretty cool. The flavor text on the back is quite amusing:

ELDRITCH BLAST (Green Apple Soda)
"Nothing says energy like an Eldritch Blast. It vanquishes thirst and can be used as a ranged basic attack! Upon reducing this bottle to 0 oz., you can grab a full one as a free action."

ILLITHID BRAIN JUICE (Grape Soda)
"To a mind flayer, nothing tastes sweeter than yummy Brain Juice. Now you can feed your own inner elder brain. Tentacles not required.
EFFECT: You are stunned (save ends).
AFTEREFFECT: You feel smarter for 1d10 minutes."

Well... yeah.

Even if it was a unique flavor, I'm petty sure the majority of people out there buying it would be doing so because it's D&D art on a bottle of soda, and NOT because the flavor was something unique. It's a collectible- and that's all.
